Starting the Campaign in Opposition to Fee Increases at UC Hastings

Students from UC and CSU campuses across the state are beginning to unite in opposition to the relentless attack on our pocketbooks by politicians who see little harm in raising the financial burden on students.
Graduate students, including law students, have suffered the largest percentages of increase. Fees at UC Hastings have increased 69% since the class of 2001, and more increases loom on the horizon.
ASUCH is considering a resolution at the meeting this Wednesday, February 18, at 6:45 PM in Room J. If you would like to voice your opinion about this serious issue in person, please come.

ASUCH seeks input and support from all student groups as well. If your group would like to become involved in political action and petitioning on this issue, please contact increases@myhastings.org as soon as possible. Suggestions for additional actions are welcome.
